About the event
This family training is designed to help caregivers better understand and support the development of their child’s social skills. During this session, we will explore why social skills are essential for building relationships, communicating effectively, and participating in everyday activities at home, school, and in the community. Caregivers will learn practical, evidence-based strategies for teaching and reinforcing important social behaviors such as sharing, turn-taking, conversation skills, and understanding emotions.
The training will also discuss how everyday routines and play can create meaningful opportunities for social learning. Our goal is to empower caregivers with tools that can be easily incorporated into daily life to support their child’s progress. This session will also provide time for questions and discussion to ensure caregivers feel confident implementing these strategies.
We look forward to supporting families as partners in strengthening children’s social development.
